📋 Description

• Verify client eligibility and coordinate benefits for ABA services • Obtain insurance benefits and eligibility by contacting payors • Enter verification of benefits and eligibility information in Central Reach system • Provide support to clinics in reviewing verification of benefits requests • Collaborate with RCM teams and departments for issue escalation and solutions • Identify critical issues and propose solutions • Work on special projects and workflow optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare verification of benefits preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills • Self-starter who can work in an unstructured environment • Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Ability to develop effective working relationships within the RCM department and across the organization
