📋 Description
• Building and scaling a profitable affiliate + partnerships channel • Identifying and onboarding high-value partners • Structuring offers, payouts, and incentives that drive performance • Managing and optimising campaigns based on data • Working cross-functionally with marketing, media, and product teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years in affiliate / partnerships / BD within DTC, eCommerce or direct response • Experience in golf, supplements, health, fitness, or performance-driven consumer brands • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth • Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and time zones
