📋 Description

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences • Research and present vacation experience options • Assist with coordinating cruises, transportation, activities, and other arrangements • Coordinate reservations • Maintain accurate client information • Follow up with clients • Provide support throughout the planning process • Build a client base • Optionally participate in leadership and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Reliable internet access and access to a computer or laptop • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer-service oriented and comfortable working with people • Basic computer and internet skills • Organized with good time-management skills • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Self-motivated and willing to learn • Comfortable communicating by phone, email, text, and online platforms • Willing to complete required training and ongoing education • Able to manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate information • No previous travel industry experience required • Sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required • Must reside in the United States or Mexico
