📋 Description

• Coordinate and implement subject recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, data collection, and study conduct • Identify and screen research subjects • Recruit and maintain follow-up of research subjects, including tracking lost-to-follow-up subjects • Explain and obtain signatures for informed consent documents • Enter, transcribe, code, clean, retrieve, and manage study data • Manage program records and communication needs • Assist with reports, presentations, data analysis, and study progress feedback • Recruit and enroll study participants using approved methodologies • Schedule participant appointments and conduct reminder calls or mailouts • Review data collection forms for completeness and quality • Check junior staff data entry for timely and accurate entry • Provide technical guidance to junior staff • Obtain and distribute participant reimbursement vouchers • Support the Data Monitoring and Safety Board, including tracking and reporting adverse events • Prepare and maintain IRB approvals and correspondence, amendments, and renewals • Conduct literature searches • Assist investigators with manuscripts, presentations, and research • Perform office-related administrative duties, including phones, mail, supplies, faxes, scanning, filing, photocopying, collating, and policy manual updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required • Master's degree is a plus • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in research or clinical program activities required • Experience recruiting research subjects and understanding ethical and technical research conduct • Knowledge of medical terminology • Excellent English oral and written communication skills • Bilingual or multilingual skills beyond English are a plus • Cultural sensitivity and comfort with diverse social, racial, and ethnic populations • Organizational ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize duties • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Experience with statistical analysis tools is a plus • Ability to perform basic data management, including coding, data entry, data cleaning, and retrieval • Experience with quantitative data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or Minitab is helpful • Prospective employees must complete a background check before beginning employment • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu and receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster
