📋 Description

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean search, talent communities, and other sourcing channels • Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews that evaluate both technical capability and cultural alignment • Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Continuously build relationships with high-performing professionals even before positions become available • Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment KPIs • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about hiring trends, recruitment technology, AI tools, and labor market insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven success recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, creative, sales, and leadership roles • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and direct outreach • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions • Self-starter who takes ownership and consistently delivers results.
