📋 Description

• Own paid media end to end for a set of DTC and e-commerce accounts • Onboard new clients and lead kickoffs covering budgets, CPA/ROAS targets, audiences, and reporting cadence • Audit ad accounts, tracking setup, and creative libraries • Configure ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, and conversion tracking • Build campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and budget splits • Brief creative and feed requirements to the studio team • Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns daily against KPIs • Manage budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance • Run creative, audience, and bidding tests and scale successful approaches • Own weekly and monthly client reporting and present results to clients • Flag performance risks early and provide action plans • Independently lead client calls and explain campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years buying paid media, hands-on, across Meta and Google (TikTok a plus) • Track record in DTC or e-commerce owning ROAS or CPA and discussing specific accounts • Comfortable running client calls solo, including difficult performance discussions • Strong tracking and attribution knowledge: GA4, pixel, CAPI, and reading data behind results • Ability to run several accounts simultaneously, start to finish, and keep each one on plan • Agency background running multiple clients (nice to have) • Feed management and Google Shopping experience (nice to have) • Experience using a creative testing framework (nice to have) • Active LinkedIn Profile • Country of current location required in application
