📋 Description

• Deliver critical processes, administration, and servicing activities related to retail and commercial deposits and payments • Execute payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and process fulfillment within relevant service level agreements • Respond to business, stakeholder, and external customer inquiries and requests • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Support change management execution and sustainment activities • Serve as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff and escalate non-routine issues • Perform quality control and training • Organize work information for accuracy and completeness • Process routine service requests, transactions, and queries within SLAs • Check and reconcile information and documentation • Identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed • Collaborate on development and implementation of new processes and systems and improvements to existing ones • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions while protecting bank assets

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • Good knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls • Good knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business • Good prioritization skills • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Basic specialized knowledge • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good organization skills • Good collaboration and team skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
