📋 Description

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets compliantly • Create demand for BMS medicines by explaining the clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients • Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans • Use CE^3 and other available tools to derive insights and inform call plans • Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders, physicians, HCPs, office staff, and patient-care stakeholders • Conduct in-office presentations and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with product labeling • Organize external speaker programs, including speaker selection, scheduling, and logistics • Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications • Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries • Collaborate with other field teams to deliver the best Customer Experience • Gather and share customer insights internally with appropriate stakeholders • Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies • Spend 100% of anticipated working time in the field with external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse • Experience in Hematology/Oncology required • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to physicians • Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks • Strong account management skills, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record • Strong selling and promotional skills with a performance track record • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data • Ability to segment HCPs and tailor communications and product presentations • Ability to use CE^3, Medical on Call, CRM, and other software tools • Strong business acumen and ability to develop, execute, and adjust business plans • High integrity and good judgment to comply with BMS policies and procedures • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company-provided vehicle • Must hold a driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Must meet the Company's acceptable driving risk level requirements
