• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Client and Investor account management related matters • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client and Investor relationships • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive partners • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client and Investor needs and objectives • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management, directors and stakeholders • Develop new business with existing Clients and Investors and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Prepare reports on account status • Collaborate with product development and management team to identify and grow opportunities within territory • Assist with challenging Client and Investor requests or issue escalations as needed
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or other relevant role • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc.) • Must be technically savvy • Experience of delivering Client/Investor-focused solutions to meet their needs • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Access to a decent, strong Wi-Fi network connectivity within your home workspace, with proficient speed to enable you to work efficiently • Ideally own an Apple device (preferred for security reason) such as MacBook Pro or Mac Desktop • Access to a private room/space where you can work without presence of family, friends, relatives or any other visitors • Own a smartphone, to enable downloads and use of certain system and communication applications, such as, but not limited to - Telegram, Slack, Signal, Zoom etc.
