📋 Description

• Define and maintain clear, prioritized technology roadmaps aligned with Boeing Business Unit Strategic Capability Needs. • Shape capture strategy by integrating market, customer, and competitive insights with technical differentiation. • Provide accountable technical and program leadership to ensure delivery of funded efforts on cost, schedule, and performance objectives. • Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performing engineering and technical teams. • Cultivate productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. • 5+ years of experience leading research and development. • Current top-secret security clearance preferred. • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners). • Experience leading multi-functional teams through product development and delivery of communications and sensing capabilities and products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
