📋 Description

• Elevate the standard as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Business Central and connect processes, technology and people to turn concrete requirements into real added value. • You will primarily focus on ERP topics in industrial environments, manufacturing or trade. • You think in end-to-end processes, understand operational interrelationships and keep the big picture in mind even during changes. • Together we work with specific extensions from the Microsoft Marketplace and implement solutions that sensibly complement or deliberately adapt the Microsoft standard. • In close collaboration with our sales team you prepare pre-sales workshops, create demo environments with concrete customer scenarios and help present complex requirements clearly and convincingly.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree with an IT focus or comparable professional training • You have at least 5 years of experience in Business Central consulting • You are willing to learn and continuously develop both professionally and technically • You are confident and present yourself to clients convincingly and professionally, remaining patient and composed when solutions require multiple attempts • You have an independent, structured working style and a strong service orientation • You have a basic technical understanding and keep the big picture in mind in terms of change management • You are a team player and enjoy working in a collegial environment • German (at least B2) and English (at least B2) — both languages are required
