• Set the strategy and own the program • Accelerate growth of existing affiliate and influencer program • Lead and develop the existing team • Deepen creator relationships • Expand the distribution-partner network • Sharpen partner economics • Migrate the program to a dedicated tracking platform • Strengthen operational backbone • Test and scale program activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing • A relationship-builder who creators and partners genuinely want to work with • Commercially sharp thinking in CAC, payback, LTV, and incremental revenue • Analytical and data-fluent, comfortable in analytics tools • A strategic operator who can take an established program and accelerate it • An excellent communicator and writer
