📋 Description

• Partner with clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement innovative, cost-effective technology solutions • Lead technical delivery across complex Salesforce projects • Establish effective working relationships with client and project stakeholders • Communicate delivery updates, risks, issues, and opportunities • Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities • Influence decisions about effectiveness, dependability, flexibility, scalability, supportability, and total cost • Partner with Solution Architects on technical specifications for custom development and system integration requirements • Develop technical design documents aligned with solution specifications • Liaise among clients, project leads, delivery teams, and vendors • Lead technology design, configuration, development, database migrations, and environment migrations across multiple projects • Ensure adherence to development standards, technical specifications, and agreed timelines • Document final solutions and lead knowledge transition to client support teams • Develop and validate estimates for Change Orders • Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases • Define and follow coding standards and lead code reviews • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members • Support Bolt Data sales activities, practice maturation, and internal initiatives • Participate in peer reviews of colleagues’ solution designs • Mentor junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with Salesforce.com implementations, including a minimum of 5 enterprise-level technology projects • 8+ years of experience in software implementations with one or more CRM solutions; configuration experience is required • 4+ years working within the Salesforce ecosystem as a Technical Architect • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, Government and/or Experience Clouds • Expert-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems, including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting • Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns • Understanding of key design patterns, large data volume limitations, and best practices • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture • Bachelor’s degree in computer science and demonstrated experience in computer operations, system analysis, programming, project implementations, and technical management • Field service experience, including customer service management and call center support • Understanding of industry-standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, FEAF, Gartner/Meta, or similar • Experience configuring and developing the SFDC toolkit, including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, and Apex Explorer • Experience with software development and integration technologies, including APIs, Apex, Force.com, .NET, Java, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, HTML, SSO, data loaders, and messaging • Experience with RDBMS concepts and structures, SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, and data migration • Experience with system integrations, preferably involving Salesforce and MuleSoft • Ability to migrate configurations and code between environments using industry-standard tools • Experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and project management methodologies such as PMBOK • Ability to manage multiple projects to aggressive timelines • Understanding of SFS resource management, contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup, and inventory management • Experience working independently and within cross-functional and cross-vendor teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
