β’ Own the books across all entities β’ Run month-end and year-end close with discipline β’ Own financial reporting, including monthly financial statements β’ Own cash-flow reporting and forecasting β’ Own regulatory, tax, and compliance processes β’ Build and enforce accounting systems and controls β’ Partner with banks, lenders, and advisors β’ Build and maintain department- and entity-level budgets β’ Identify cost savings and process improvements β’ Partner with technical team to automate workflows
π― Requirements
β’ 7+ years of progressive accounting experience β’ Prior experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting lead β’ Demonstrated ownership of month-end and year-end close β’ Reconciliations, GAAP-basis financial statements β’ Budget-to-actual reporting, cash-flow forecasting β’ Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation β’ Experience owning tax and regulatory compliance β’ Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage Intacct β’ Experience building or improving financial processes β’ Strong internal-controls mindset β’ Comfort partnering directly with a CEO and department leaders
