📋 Description

• Own the books across all entities • Run month-end and year-end close with discipline • Own financial reporting, including monthly financial statements • Own cash-flow reporting and forecasting • Own regulatory, tax, and compliance processes • Build and enforce accounting systems and controls • Partner with banks, lenders, and advisors • Build and maintain department- and entity-level budgets • Identify cost savings and process improvements • Partner with technical team to automate workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Prior experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting lead • Demonstrated ownership of month-end and year-end close • Reconciliations, GAAP-basis financial statements • Budget-to-actual reporting, cash-flow forecasting • Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation • Experience owning tax and regulatory compliance • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage Intacct • Experience building or improving financial processes • Strong internal-controls mindset • Comfort partnering directly with a CEO and department leaders
