📋 Description

• Collect, interpret, and identify trends in data • Develop standard and ad hoc data reports for quality reporting, performance improvement activities, and operational reporting • Examine historical and projected financial data to support financial decisions • Perform financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting • Present financial information and models concisely and clearly • Manage financial relationships with vendors when applicable • Perform financial reclassifications and adjustments related to approved contract changes • Resolve questions regarding Workday cost centers • Review and manage directly paid expenses • Conduct monthly invoice reviews • Validate savings from approved gain share eligible initiatives • Assist with data imports and exports • Perform periodic audits of data sources • Assist teams and participate in assigned projects as a financial support resource • Review and analyze financial statements and reports • Track KPIs and prepare financial reports • Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes • Understand key business drivers • Assist clients with financial guidance • Develop financial projections and build financial models • Perform research and analysis as required • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and other regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable discipline; or combination of post-secondary education and experience (required) • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (required) • Experience with both capital and operating expense management (preferred) • Healthcare experience (preferred) • Data analysis and interpretation • Communication and presentation • Relationship building with external partners • Ability to work seamlessly within both organization and partner technology, processes, and systems • Financial reporting • Microsoft Office • Planning • Organization • Prioritization • Financial analysis • Collaboration • Working independently • Budgeting • Capital planning • Problem solving • Critical thinking • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends and operations • Ability to meet regulatory compliance requirements
