📋 Description

• Manage a calling territory while supporting and developing a team of Book Blast Outreach Specialists • Call, email, and SMS school contacts to introduce Book Blast and schedule presentations • Confirm attendance, send calendar invites, and handle reschedules • Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders attend • Use approved scripts, call sequencing, and scripted rebuttals to handle objections and move prospects forward • Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot • Follow compliant outreach practices respecting school policies and student privacy • Participate in inbound lead, referral, and win-back account projects • Own an assigned special project area of team-wide responsibility • Test new scripts and email templates and provide feedback before rollout • Serve as the first point of contact for BBOS team questions and escalate issues to the Outbound Manager • Conduct regular one-on-ones and call review sessions • Deliver actionable feedback and support onboarding and ongoing development • Help maintain team quality standards and identify performance trends • Contribute to an accountable, high-energy, mission-connected team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a BBOS with consistent performance against activity and booking metrics • Experience with scripts, scripted rebuttals, and call sequencing • Clear, warm communication and active listening skills with prospects and teammates • Ability to give direct, constructive feedback in a motivating way • Strong organization and follow-through • Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoom, and Microsoft Office • Demonstrated experience navigating school environments and building rapport with busy educators • Prior experience mentoring, training, or informally leading peers • At least 50 dials per day • At least 8 booked presentations per week • Show rate of 65% or better and principal-present rate • 35% conversion rate from attended presentations to agreements • Agreements within 30 days of presentation • Ability to work remotely during calling hours aligned to school time blocks in the assigned region or territory • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
