📋 Description

• Connect with K-6 schools to introduce the Book Blast program • Call and email school contacts to introduce Book Blast • Schedule brief Zoom presentations with principals, school leaders, and high-level influencers • Confirm attendance and send calendar invitations • Handle presentation reschedules promptly • Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders attend • Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot accurately and promptly • Follow compliant outreach practices respecting school policies and student privacy • Share conversation insights to improve messaging and contact lists • Complete special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience with consistent activity • Clear, warm communication and active listening skills • Strong organization, and follow-through • Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Coachable mindset with openness to call reviews and feedback • Outbound B2B sales: 1 year (Required) • Experience calling into K-8 schools (Preferred) • Familiarity with objection handling in busy school environments (Preferred) • Remote working: 1 year (Preferred) • Candidates must be located in one of these states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
