📋 Description

• The Network Relations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Network Management team • Serve as a key point of contact for carriers, employers, payers, and insurance partners • Ensure timely tracking and resolution of complaints and inquiries • Maintain accurate contact records and calendars • Support the team's outreach and correspondence activities • Monitor open issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution within established service level expectations • Maintain and update the carrier, employer, and payer contact database • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings with carrier and payer representatives • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items to completion • Liaise with internal departments to gather information needed to respond to carrier inquiries • Maintain organized filing systems for carrier correspondence, agreements, and contact records

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or client services experience; experience in workers' compensation, managed care, or a healthcare setting strongly preferred • Familiarity with the California workers' compensation system is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Monday and/or ZenDesk preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanor • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience preparing business correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
