• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. • Sell Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers. • Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. • Represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA. • Provide leadership coaching throughout your career.
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge • 5+ years of customer service experience • Experience supporting the sales team • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software. • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills. • Effective and professional communication and organization skills. • Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
