📋 Description

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal Customer Service and Sales teams • Support contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners with timely technical solutions and guidance • Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve technical issues • Support continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and developing documentation and training resources, including technical videos • Represent the company in complaint resolution and technical investigations • Provide detailed root cause analysis feedback • Maintain electronic records of customer interactions • Manage departmental email communications • Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed • Travel domestically and internationally occasionally for training or service support • Share expertise with peers and assist with their technical development • Provide after-hours support during critical rollouts or escalations as required • Work from the office or home using company systems as directed by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC technical support or a related role • Proficiency in multiple technical competencies • Strong understanding of Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Geothermal systems in residential and commercial environments • High School diploma or equivalent required • Relevant certifications such as NATE or EPA certification are a plus • Technical knowledge of system piping, hydronics, wiring, water source heat pump controls, heat exchange fluid transfer, air conditioning circuits, and compressors • Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and customer-oriented approach • Exceptional communication and phone skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive mindset to meet individual and team goals • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) • A REAL ID or passport is required for travel • Indefinite U.S. work authorization required; future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable • Successful completion of drug screen and background check required before start date
