📋 Description

• Sell the entire Boston Beer Company product portfolio • Focus on selling products and/or upgrading the number of product lines in retail accounts, including bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores, and convenience stores • Identify major accounts not currently selling BBC products and develop plans to establish business with them • Improve account conditions and merchandising by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point-of-sale items • Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and business grows at accounts • Conduct waitstaff/bartender education, beer tastings, and evening promotions • Travel regularly in the market to service retailers and wholesalers • Attend occasional meetings and trainings requiring travel • Periodically work weekends and holidays to support business needs • Work autonomously in a customer-facing field sales role

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage industry • Intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality • Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously • Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently • Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently • Bachelor's degree preferred
