📋 Description

• Set up and manage QuickBooks for U.S. operations • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records • Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Manage and reconcile data across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok platforms • Prepare monthly reports and support monthly close processes • Collaborate with the international finance team and external CPA • Identify gaps and help improve financial systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce businesses • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and/or TikTok • Experience setting up bookkeeping systems; QuickBooks strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems • Comfortable working with international teams and time zones • Bilingual in Spanish and English — required • Must be available during U.S. East Coast hours for collaboration • Company operates within Google Workspace
