📋 Description

• Strategize and design analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with clients, analytics engineers, and developers • Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations • Produce and maintain analytics documentation, including BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs • Recommend best practices to improve data capture in Adobe Analytics and CJA • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites according to analytics requirements and web tracking • Configure multi-channel CJA implementations, including connections and data views, and understand identity resolution requirements • Uncover business-relevant insights from data • Build dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace • Translate findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders • Advise marketing leaders, internal teams, and client stakeholders on analytics strategy • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions • Ensure client expectations are met and results are consistently delivered • Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Present analytics findings and deliver customized training sessions • Navigate technical and business challenges in a fast-paced environment • Prioritize high-impact work • Participate in the analytics community through meet-ups, conferences, blogs, or open-source work • Promote information security practices and assess and report risks • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for privacy compliance, including GDPR and CCPA • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics • Solid understanding of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis • Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Platform solutions, such as RT-CDP and AJO, is a plus • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics • Understanding of analytics instrumentation, identity resolution concepts, and data privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
