📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted analytics advisor to clients • Work with clients and internal teams to turn ambiguous business problems into clear analytics strategy • Strategize and design Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations • Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations • Produce and maintain analytics documentation, including BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs • Make best-practice recommendations to improve data capture in Adobe Analytics and CJA • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites • Configure multi-channel CJA implementations, including connections and data views • Apply identity resolution concepts and requirements • Uncover business-relevant insights from data • Build dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace • Translate findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders • Guide analytics strategy for marketing leaders, internal teams, and client stakeholders • Ensure client expectations are met and results are consistently delivered • Present analytics findings and conduct customized training sessions • Prioritize high-impact work and stay involved in the analytics community • Promote information security practices and report security risks • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy compliance • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment • 5+ years of working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics • Solid grasp of the analytics implementation process, reporting, and analysis • Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification • Exposure to other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) • Strong communication skills • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work through technical and business challenges in a fast-paced environment
