📋 Description

• Own the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial data from ERP systems and internal stakeholders • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports that provide real-time visibility into project costs, margins, and cash flow • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting packages for the Director of Finance and senior leadership • Analyze project cost data across the full lifecycle to identify cost drivers and opportunities • Actively use AI coding tools that automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to deploy and iterate on internal AI tools that increase team output and analytical quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Construction Management, or a related field • 4–10 years of experience in project finance, project accounting, FP&A, or financial operations • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Procore, Sage 300 CRE) • Familiarity with project finance structures: draw schedules, milestone billing, lender reporting, and cost certification • Willingness to use AI coding tools to write scripts or automate workflows. • Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
