📋 Description

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, for negotiations and proceedings • Take depositions • Attend hearings • Conduct mediation • Represent clients at trial • Conduct legal research • Assist with preparation for hearings • Provide legal counsel to clients • Analyze legal matters • Advise clients and negotiate on their behalf • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients for efficient case management • Maintain up-to-date client files • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Georgia Bar Admission • 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others • Must meet billing goal expectations
