📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for commissioning progress, project readiness, quality metrics, open issues, and leadership reporting • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate operational needs into business and system requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage system and reporting enhancement requests, including intake, triage, prioritization, status tracking, and coordination with engineering and reporting teams • Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test planning, scenario development, tester engagement, defect tracking, retesting, and release readiness • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business systems and reporting outputs • Identify and address data quality issues, including duplicates, legacy data, inconsistent field usage, and taxonomy alignment • Collaborate with commissioning, regional operations, construction quality, and engineering stakeholders to align workflows with business processes • Support tracking and reporting of commissioning activities, NCRs, audits, ITPs, RFIs, turnover, and project closeout • Prepare governance meetings, steering committee materials, stakeholder updates, and action trackers • Develop user guidance, training materials, and communications for releases, reporting changes, and platform adoption • Maintain and improve business rules, data structures, reporting definitions, and processes • Identify workflow improvements, reduce manual reporting, and increase operational efficiency through systems and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field • Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports • Experience defining KPIs and metrics, validating data, and translating operational information into actionable business insights • Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into documented system, process, or reporting requirements • Experience with business systems, data quality management, workflow improvement, and reporting processes • Ability to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and other documentation supporting system enhancements • Experience coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing, including defect documentation, retesting, and release readiness • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams and time zones • Availability to support an assignment requiring approximately 12–18 months of continued tenure • Preferred: experience supporting commissioning processes in data centers or other mission-critical infrastructure environments • Preferred: understanding of commissioning activities across multiple stakeholders • Preferred: experience in advanced manufacturing, utilities, healthcare infrastructure, energy, or complex engineering environments • Preferred: familiarity with construction quality and commissioning workflows, including NCRs, audits, ITPs, test scripts, RFIs, turnover, and closeout • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise business platforms, enhancement requests, governance, and release processes • Preferred: experience maintaining data taxonomies, business rules, database structures, or operational data standards • Preferred: experience developing regional reporting, executive dashboards, project readiness views, and operational performance metrics • Preferred: familiarity with governance forums, steering committees, user champion networks, and change adoption initiatives • Preferred: previous experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology or infrastructure organizations
