📋 Description

• Project manage end-to-end delivery for product launches, marketing campaigns, and web initiatives. • Build and maintain workback schedules, project plans, dependency trackers, launch readiness plans, and status updates. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support launch planning, execution, and post-launch follow-up. • Manage project intake, prioritization, ticketing, issue tracking, and progress reporting using project management and collaboration tools. • Support launch readiness activities, including QA coordination, go/no-go checkpoints, risk tracking, and issue resolution. • Help implement standardized processes, templates, SLAs, launch playbooks, and operational best practices. • Ensure web deliverables meet quality, accessibility, privacy, compliance, and release governance standards. • Facilitate communication across business, marketing, design, engineering, and vendor teams to keep deliverables on track. • Identify project risks, blockers, gaps, and process improvement opportunities, and drive resolution with the appropriate teams. • Support administrative and operational responsibilities related to project execution, reporting, and process validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably supporting digital, web, marketing, or product launch initiatives. • Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk management, and launch readiness. • 8–10+ years of experience managing stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams. • Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns, web operations, or high-volume digital campaign execution. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, waterfall project management, and software development life cycle processes. • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, Wrike, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with intake processes, ticketing systems, issue tracking, and release governance workflows. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors, cross-team partners, and business stakeholders. • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.
