📋 Description

• Establish and drive the strategic quality framework across Brahma Studio, the high-fidelity digital human creation engine • Coach Studio developers on comprehensive testing strategies, integration workflows, system boundaries, and end-to-end failure paths • Establish quality standards, test coverage expectations, and pre-release accountability • Partner with product and engineering leads during architecture and PRD stages to define testability and quality criteria • Define testing strategies and operational health checks for pipeline execution, job execution health, and infrastructure stability • Translate subjective requirements for media output, UI responsiveness, and executive performance targets into measurable quality gates • Design structured exploratory testing practices to uncover edge cases and unexpected system behaviors • Govern test management, quality gate tracking, and release health documentation systems • Define asynchronous test-case specifications and handoff protocols with the shared QA team • Monitor pre-release quality gates and participate in release risk evaluations • Lead root-cause post-mortems and refine engineering practices • Report directly to the VP of Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Quality Lead or Quality Architect guiding engineering teams to adopt advanced testing methodologies and end-to-end quality ownership • Exceptional ability to translate subjective or qualitative goals into clear, repeatable testing standards and acceptance criteria • Experience selecting, structuring, and driving team-wide adoption of test management platforms, quality documentation workflows, and gate tracking metrics • Demonstrated ability to build efficient asynchronous workflows aligning product development teams with shared QA resources across regions and time zones • Familiarity with web APIs, distributed systems, and backend integration flows • Experience defining quality or performance baselines for complex media pipelines, AI-driven applications, or non-deterministic systems • Experience operating in scaling, high-growth engineering organizations undergoing rapid integration
