📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 25–35 SMB clients and drive their marketing success • Understand client business goals and translate them into marketing strategies with measurable outcomes • Track performance against benchmarks and adjust strategy proactively • Identify growth opportunities and upsell where appropriate • Keep clients engaged, informed, and confident in the value they receive • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email, content, and landing pages • Use AI tools to produce campaign assets, ad copy, creative concepts, performance reports, and strategy briefs • Deliver campaigns that meet client expectations • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and anticipation of client needs • Provide client insights and recommendations • Handle difficult client conversations confidently and honestly • Use ChatGPT Teams, Claude, Canva Teams, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Surfer SEO, and CapCut daily • Collaborate with the Account Management Team and other departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy; agency or SaaS background preferred • Proven ability to independently build and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Strong understanding of what drives ROI for small businesses and ability to explain it to non-marketers • Professional experience using AI tools • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics 4 • Experience in roles measured on client retention or revenue growth • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms • Exceptional English communication skills, written and spoken • Ability to manage 25–35 client relationships • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Own workstation, computer, and headset • Fast and reliable internet connection • Willingness to work standard business hours in either the Eastern Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone • Successful background verification, including employment references, criminal record, and credit checks • Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address during onboarding • Updated resume in English in PDF or Word format
