• Educate physicians and clinical staff on Breg's orthopedic bracing and supply program, product options, equipment use, and specialized applications • Demonstrate and maintain competency in fitting and using Breg products • Measure and fit patients with orthopedic soft goods and functional bracing • Provide instructions on product use and care and communicate expected outcomes to patients and healthcare providers • Deliver patient service and timely follow-up • Coordinate product logistics, replenishment, inventory transfers, and reconciliation • Remove and process expired, damaged, or unsellable products • Support customer ordering, product returns, delivery updates, and order fulfillment • Maintain product displays, storage areas, and inventory spaces • Provide onsite support for recalls, audits, and field communications • Complete inventory counts and support reconciliation and compliance • Prepare, compile, and submit insurance billing documentation • Review pending claims, retrieve missing information, identify documentation deficiencies, and use Power BI, Breg Vision, and Breg Claims System (BCS) • Obtain pre-authorization and collect applicable co-insurances, deductibles, and cash-pay amounts • Track claim denials and claims requiring additional information with internal departments • Collaborate with Solution Team, Sales, and Field Operations to resolve account issues • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyze trends, and identify process improvements • Promote Breg's culture of commitment and accountability
• Associate degree in a Healthcare-related field, completion of an approved healthcare certification or certificate program, or equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on experience in orthotics, athletic training, sports medicine, durable medical equipment (DME), or patient care required • Applicable certification or licensure such as American Board Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Board of Certification (BOC), Athletic Training licensure, or Orthopaedic Technologist Certification preferred • Familiarity with standard workflows and procedures in orthopedic clinics or physician offices preferred • Knowledge of orthopedic bracing and supply products and applicable utilization procedures preferred • Computer proficiency, including web browser/internet search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to learn new software and systems • Effective written and verbal communication • Ability to engage with patients and provide excellent customer service in escalated situations • Must comply with HIPAA, FDA requirements, Breg policies, and standard operating procedures
