📋 Description
• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 Mathematics lessons for children • Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts • Help students build foundations in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and logical thinking • Track each child’s progress and share insights with the academic team • Continuously improve class engagement and student experience • Complete onboarding training covering Brighterly, teaching materials, Teacher Room, teaching tools, and communication
🎯 Requirements
• C1+ English proficiency, with a clear, neutral accent • Passion for teaching and making math exciting for children • At least 6 months of teaching experience with kids • At least high-school level math knowledge and diploma • Strong knowledge of math concepts taught at the K–8 level • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills • Availability for at least 20 hours/week, with weekdays prioritized • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week between 4 pm and 8 pm New York timezone • Must be 18 years old or older • Must not be a resident of Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Lebanon, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, Yemen, or Pakistan and must be able to provide documentary proof
