📋 Description

• Engage directly with prospects and customers during pre-sales • Lead or support discovery sessions • Translate customer requirements into well-architected solution designs • Author detailed, precise Statements of Work (SOWs) • Build cost models and pricing estimates for projects • Conduct deep business and technical research on customer industries and data sources • Produce structured write-ups and solution specs for internal teams • Track and analyze project performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in a technology services, data, or SaaS environment • Proven track record writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects • Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping • Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions • Experience estimating IT project costs • Excellent customer-facing communication skills • Outstanding written English • Highly organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
