📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages • Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership • Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT, and other business functions on forecast assumptions, drivers, and variances • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reporting through variance analysis and management commentary • Maintain and leverage financial accounting and reporting systems • Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives • Improve financial reporting, month-end close, and analytical capabilities through process enhancements and automation • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support informed business decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related analytical finance role • Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis • Experience with accounting and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, or similar ERP platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into actionable business insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present financial information to finance and non-finance audiences • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work in a primarily office-based hybrid or corporate office environment • Preferred: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or related field • Preferred: CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification • Preferred: Experience in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industry • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise planning, executive reporting, or management reporting functions • Preferred: Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
