📋 Description

• Own the project plan, milestone timeline, and deal calendar for each active acquisition from LOI through close • Maintain a master deal tracker with status, open items, owners, dependencies, and target close dates • Manage process checklists and keep workstreams moving in parallel • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate complex issues with a clear path to resolution • Serve as the primary post-LOI point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and acquisition participants • Collect, organize, and track due diligence materials • Follow up with agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure materials are complete and timely • Maintain organized, audit-ready acquisition documentation • Obtain policy lists and book-level information from carriers • Track carrier appointment transfers and code migrations • Document carrier-specific book-transfer processes • Compile and present policy information to the QC team for agency management system entry • Monitor data completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies • Ensure smooth handoff to QC and onboarding teams • Support incoming agents through acquisition, including orientation calls and timely updates • Manage inbound requests and follow up on action items

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to build and manage timelines, own deliverables, and drive work to completion across multiple concurrent deals • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a high-stakes environment • Strong communication skills with agents, carriers, and senior leadership • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with ownership and follow-through • Ability to understand and navigate insurance carrier processes and operations • Strong independent judgment and sound decision-making under time pressure • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize across active deals • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with CRM, workflow, or project management tools is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field • Experience in insurance strongly preferred • Familiarity with insurance carrier appointment processes and/or policy data systems is a significant plus • Experience in a transaction, M&A, or deal-driven environment is a plus but not required • Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus, or willingness to obtain one
