📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leads, and operations owners to identify ambiguous, high-value problems and translate them into AI opportunities • Define minimum viable AI solutions, map processes, identify AI-driven efficiencies, and prepare scoping documents and ROI estimates • Design and build AI prototypes within days using Claude and modern AI development tools • Develop full-stack AI applications involving LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST API integrations, data pipelines, and lightweight front ends • Own technical architecture from prompt design through user interface and explain design decisions to technical and business audiences • Iterate from real user feedback toward production-grade solutions • Partner with the AI Governance team to validate and harden prototypes for enterprise production • Apply responsible AI practices including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring • Document solutions for handoff, scaling, and maintenance; contribute reusable patterns to Brillio's AI accelerator library • Participate in client business rhythm meetings, sprint reviews, steering committees, and executive updates • Demonstrate progress through live demos and working software; communicate technical concepts to business leaders • Surface blockers, dependencies, and risks; develop healthcare domain expertise and trusted client relationships • Share client engagement learnings with Brillio's applied AI community

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct, hands-on healthcare industry experience in health insurance operations or health system clinical and operational workflows • Demonstrated use of the Claude API for prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic application development • Ability to independently build and ship end-to-end full-stack AI applications • Experience with LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end interfaces • Proven ability to move from a business conversation to a working AI prototype within days • Ability to explain solutions, costs, value, and next steps clearly to healthcare executives without jargon • Experience participating in steering committees, executive briefings, and business rhythm meetings • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into scoped AI opportunities with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria • Quantitative fluency in ROI and impact measurement, including estimating time saved, cost reduced, or revenue protected • Strong preference for hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks • Working familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, claims data structures, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and FDA digital health guidance • Preferred experience in forward-deployed, embedded, startup, health insurance technology, health system, reusable AI platform, AI accelerator, or enterprise AI governance work • Familiarity with model risk management, bias evaluation, audit logging, and enterprise AI governance frameworks
