📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technology liaison for Financial Institutions during ATM outsourcing onboarding. • Lead discovery sessions to identify required data feeds for ATM transaction forecasting, settlement and reconciliation, cash management reporting, and operational analytics. • Document detailed business requirements, data specifications, file formats, and delivery methods. • Oversee ingestion and validation of data feeds to ensure completeness, accuracy, and operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, payments, or fintech environments. • Understanding of financial transaction processing, reconciliation workflows, and dispute/chargeback operations. • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Effective communicator using both verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong technical acumen and desire to match technology capabilities to business value.
