• Provide inventory and account balancing support to Field operations • Perform inventory and account reconciliation • Report findings to all levels of the organization • Perform operational and compliance audits • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies • Identify and document control weaknesses • Plan, coordinate, and/or execute risk-based audits using company-specific platforms • Maintain effective relationships with field leadership Teams • Provide value-added remediation for identified deficiencies • Implement a full-loop audit plan encompassing audits and remediation • Travel more than 90% annually
• Self-motivated • Excellent communication skills • Excellent report writing skills • Willing and able to travel more than 90% annually • Ability to perform risk-based operational and compliance audits • Knowledge of internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies • Ability to use company-specific audit platforms
