📋 Description

• Analyze incoming requests for pricing for print services and related activities such as typesetting, EDGAR, and shipping • Clarify incomplete details on requests for proposals • Determine suitable vendors and solicit prices • Enter and process estimates using Broadridge systems • Follow pricing standards and create and send proposals to sales • Provide direction and support to sales and other departments on print-related pricing and processes • Follow estimating standard operating procedures and processes • Provide backup support in managing estimating workflow • Support the billing process • Interface with Sales and Finance to maintain accurate and timely invoicing • Conduct extended interviews with Sales associates to analyze client needs and expectations and facilitate revenue growth • Coordinate product or service offerings from inception through installation and final delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of Print Estimating experience or Print Production experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Proficiency in Excel • Ability to work with numbers and percentages • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors and internal departments • Knowledge of Financial Printing Industry, Typesetting and EDGAR is a plus
