📋 Description

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for FP&A team • Integrate data from various sources to create unified datasets • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data alignment • Establish and enforce data governance standards within the finance team • Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail • Proven ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and articulate the implications to business leaders • Strong communication and executive presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
