📋 Description
• Monitor and manage the "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle • Reconcile high volumes of transaction data • Serve as a dedicated resource for the Sales and Account Management teams • Identify bottlenecks in current billing and payment workflows • Manage collections with a "customer-success" mindset • Prepare weekly KPIs on revenue pacing
🎯 Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-volume marketplace • An operations-first mindset • Financial literacy with a process focus • Excel fluency • Obsessive attention to detail • Clear, confident communication • At least one year of work experience or strong internships
