📋 Description

• Help drive growth in Broadridge’s Governance and Communication product suite • Create and maintain a positive client experience with new product offerings • Support the successful launch of the Retail Proxy Voting Choice Platform • Partner with marketing, technology, client services, sales, and operations to deliver client value • Provide project build support • Develop go-to-market strategy • Create market and sales materials • Support pricing and commercial activities • Conduct client interviews on market needs and opinions

🎯 Requirements

• Proxy governance and communication knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn quickly • Ability to articulate Broadridge’s value proposition and capabilities through industry knowledge and understanding of Broadridge’s capabilities • Knowledge of Agile, Agile/Waterfall hybrid and/or Steel Threads • Product-focused sales and sales enablement experience • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills • Critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate client needs and recommend product enhancements • Ability to collaborate across client services, teams, and the broader organization, and work independently • Strong client-centric approach and ability to build client-facing relationships • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills • Willingness to contribute to a high-performance and product management excellence culture
