• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities) • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies • Complete required certification within a timely manner • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
• Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests • Ability to manage time and be organized • Attention to accuracy and detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer and Internet knowledge • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage.
