📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and support using established guidelines • Ensure customer accounts are accurate and meet state and payer Medicaid requirements • Research accounts and resolve potential errors and issues by auditing phone calls, emails, and tickets • Process move-ins, conversions to Medicaid, charge maintenance, and agreement and billing party changes according to state Managed Care Organization guidelines • Work with communities to correct accounts before monthly resident invoicing • Update resident accounts after state and MCO rate changes • Monitor and distribute work tickets through the internal system, mail, and external faxes • Evaluate and identify process improvement opportunities that positively impact performance and customer experience • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within 2.5 hours from Milwaukee, WI • High school diploma or GED is required • Minimum of one year of customer service experience is required • Healthcare office experience is preferred • Excellent customer service skills are required • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) is required • Basic technical skills to complete repetitive and well-defined duties • Strong communication and customer service skills • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work with a high level of volume and detail • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions • No certifications, licenses, or other special requirements
