📋 Description

• Lead implementation of the program management go-to-market strategy across priority markets, clients, and pursuits • Partner with Business Units, client service managers, technical market leaders, and growth leaders to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities • Manage and oversee the strategic portfolio of growth opportunities • Build the pursuit pipeline for program management, PMO, and capital planning opportunities • Track and report opportunity status, capture stage, win themes, win/loss insights, and competitive positioning • Support executive-level client relationship development and serve as a trusted program management advisor • Lead and support strategic pursuits and major proposal efforts • Develop capture strategies, competitive positioning, teaming approaches, and winning plans • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for presentations, interviews, qualifications, and proposals • Develop value propositions, service offerings, and delivery frameworks • Maintain sales enablement tools including conversation guides, pitch materials, proposal content, proof points, and positioning resources • Support conference strategy, thought leadership, client workshops, and external positioning • Represent Brown and Caldwell at workshops, industry conferences, and client engagement events • Mentor, guide, support, and share knowledge with less experienced team members • Adapt and execute additional assignments based on evolving needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the industry with increasing responsibility in sales and strategy • Sound understanding of program management, complex projects, engineering and construction delivery, and risk management • Strong knowledge of varying project delivery methods • Ability to identify program, design-build, and owner advisor opportunities and make appropriate pursuit decisions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence cross-functional business partners • Experience developing winning project development strategies and engaging suitable teaming partners • Proven experience developing growth strategies, account portfolios, executive engagement programs, and enterprise business development initiatives • Experience using data, market intelligence, and client insights to drive strategic decisions and growth investment priorities • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or construction management, or equivalent experience required • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
