📋 Description
• Intaking new clients • Drafting and following up on new client paperwork • Communicating with clients to gather or provide information • Ordering and following up on medical records • Reviewing medical records • Assisting with preparation of demand packages • Coordinating with providers and lienholders • Managing deadlines and case-related tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions • Must be able to multitask and stay organized • Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously • Embracing innovation is part of our culture • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general document handling • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Legal experience is helpful but not required
