📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO • Lead the company's Finance function • Build financial and operational infrastructure supporting aggressive revenue growth and long-term sustainability • Move the company to best practice on controllership and financial management • Improve and streamline the monthly close process • Implement rigorous cash flow forecasting and improve internal spend and cash controls • Integrate add-on acquisitions, including finance systems, HR, and centralized cash management • Provide accurate pro-forma financial reporting and capture integration synergies • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting mechanisms and provide a monthly operating pack • Work with other functions to quantify and track KPIs driving value creation • Design and implement a standardized process for updating the reporting package • Codify and drive the annual budgeting process • Partner with the CEO, CoS, and ELT to refine the 2026 value creation plan • Review billing and revenue recognition processes and implement improved billing systems and transaction processes with the technology team • Evaluate migrating finance systems to upgraded platforms to improve reporting, analysis quality, and scalability • Advise and execute on acquisitions and integrations, make pricing recommendations, and craft business strategy • Build a fit-for-purpose finance team • Execute the company's growth path through effective capital allocation • Potentially lead additional functions such as HR, IT, and Administrative

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of finance leadership experience in a private equity backed company setting • Business to Government (B2G)/government contracting experience is preferred, but not required • Strong accounting background and controllership fundamentals • Experience with M&A transactions and post-merger integrations • Experience implementing new ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage) in a PE-backed company/resource constrained environment • Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling • Experience leading compliance, risk management, board and lender reporting • Track record of building scalable finance functions and working with PE-backed companies • Strong knowledge of automation and billing platforms • Hands-on experience with HR oversight and third-party HR management
