📋 Description

• Responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of BS&A’s Salesforce ecosystem • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Customer Success, and Business Operations to deliver new functionality • Ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with company objectives • Configure and maintain Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, CPQ & Billing, PSA, and Financial Cloud • Administer users, profiles, permission sets/PSGs, roles, sharing rules, and SSO policies • Design, test, and deploy Salesforce Flows and approval processes to streamline operations • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Finance, Customer Success, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification — Required • Salesforce Platform Administrator II and/or Platform App Builder — Preferred • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification — Preferred • Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, and/or ERP certifications — a plus • 8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant supporting multi-cloud environments • Strong expertise with Salesforce Flows, the security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing), and environment/release execution. • Hands-on experience with CPQ & Salesforce Billing and Experience Cloud. • Familiarity with adjacent integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Certinia, RightRev, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI); able to partner with developers on changes. • Solid data stewardship: processing, validations, deduplication, imports/exports, and reconciliations.
