📋 Description

• Own your day-to-day administration of Salesforce • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security • Improve platform performance, governance, and scalability • Ensure data integrity and system reliability • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows • Create scalable automation that reduces manual work • Streamline operational processes across departments • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation • Administer and enhance Conga Composer and Conga CLM • Develop dashboards and reports used by leadership • Manage imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup projects • Collaborate with department leaders to identify operational challenges • Support integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Advanced Salesforce Flow experience • Experience supporting medium-to-large Salesforce environments • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture • Experience with SQL, SOQL, Excel, and Data Loader • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
