📋 Description

• Accurately input case information into an electronic calendaring system • Maintain the firm’s master calendar • Monitor updates and changes to court rules and procedures • Calculate, enter, and format case events and deadlines • Advise attorneys of upcoming dates relating to firm cases • Plan and organize workload within established time constraints • Conduct research for strategic calendaring • Review incoming documents for deadline monitoring • Respond to case-team inquiries regarding calendared events, deadlines, and rules • Provide reports to assist attorneys and paralegals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least five years of experience using calendaring software, preferably Compulaw • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules • Knowledge of USDC, state court, and alternative dispute resolution agencies’ practices relating to pleadings and other actions • Thoroughness and accuracy in calculating deadlines via application of court rules or attorney instructions
